What SpicaSite may not be used for

Who this covers

SpicaSite is operated by Spicanet, the independent software practice of Egor Danilov, based in Bali, Indonesia. This policy applies to every website, menu, domain and message we prepare or host for a customer, and to anyone who uses spicasite.com or the customer studio. It is part of our Terms of Service.

Not allowed

• Anything illegal where you operate or where your visitors are.
• Selling or promoting drugs, weapons, tobacco or vaping products, counterfeit goods, or other regulated products without the licences the law requires.
• Adult or sexually explicit content, gambling, and dating services.
• Fake reviews, invented ratings or customer counts, false claims about health, safety or awards, and prices or offers that are not real.
• Content that infringes someone else's copyright, trademarks or other intellectual property, including photos you have no right to use.
• Impersonating another business or person, phishing, scams and spam.
• Hate, harassment, threats or content that exploits children.
• Malware, or using a hosted site to attack or break into other systems.
• Collecting visitors' personal data without a lawful basis, or adding tracking we have not agreed with you.

Images and AI-assisted content

We use AI tools to draft text and translations, and every result is checked before it is published. We never present generated images as your real dishes, rooms, staff or work, and we do not create images of real people.

What we do about it

We may refuse to publish content, take a page offline, or suspend a site that breaks this policy. Where we can, we tell you first. Serious or repeated breaches end the subscription, and a refund is not owed in that case except where the law requires it.

If you think a site we host breaks this policy or uses your content without permission, write to [email protected] with the address of the page and what is wrong. We answer within 2 business days.
