Getting started
- What is the free preview?
- A first version of a website for your business, prepared from what is publicly known about it. It costs nothing and you are under no obligation.
- Do I need to create an account?
- No. You only need to tell us your business name and city or your website address. An email address is optional and used only to follow up if you ask us to.
- Does a person look at my preview?
- Yes. Every preview is checked by a person before it is shown or sent, and nothing is published on your domain without your approval.
Price and contract
- How much does it cost?
- The pricing page shows the current setup fee, monthly price and any trial for your market. We do not hide prices behind a sales call.
- Can I cancel?
- Yes. You can cancel your subscription. We explain what happens to your domain and your content before anything is switched off.
Your website
- How do I change something?
- Ask in plain words, for example 'change the lunch price to 150'. Small safe changes are published quickly. Prices, your domain and billing always ask you to confirm.
- Can I use my own domain?
- Yes. You can connect a domain you already own or ask us to help you register one.
- Do you use my photos?
- Only images you own or have permission to use. We record where each image came from. We never present generated images as your real dishes, rooms or staff.
Privacy
- What do you collect about visitors to this site?
- Only anonymous counts of page views by day, device type, country and language. No cookies and no IP addresses are stored. See the privacy page for details.
- Why did I get an email from SpicaSite?
- Where the law allows it, we write to businesses whose public contact details we found, to share a preview we prepared for them. Every message says who we are and why, and has an unsubscribe link that works immediately. If you ask for a preview yourself and tick the box, we may email you about that request only.
- Can you delete my email address?
- Yes. Write to us, or use the delete link on your request page, and we remove your address.
