This document describes how the service works today. It is being reviewed by Thai counsel before launch and may change. We will tell customers about material changes.
The service
SpicaSite prepares, publishes and maintains websites and menus for small businesses. A preview is free and creates no obligation. Nothing is published on your behalf, and nothing is charged, without your agreement.
Your content
You confirm that you have the right to use the text, prices, images and claims you give us or approve. We record where images come from and we will not publish claims we cannot verify.
Payment and cancellation
Prices are shown on the pricing page for your market. You can cancel your subscription. We explain what happens to your website and your domain before anything is switched off.
Printed QR codes
QR codes keep working while your subscription is active. We tell you in advance before they stop working so you can export your menu.
Availability
We aim to keep your website available but do not promise it will never be interrupted. We will tell you about planned work that affects you.
