What this covers
This policy applies to SpicaSite subscriptions and setup fees bought on spicasite.com or through a Creem checkout for SpicaSite. Consumer rights in your country that cannot be waived still apply.
First payment: 14 days
If you are not happy with SpicaSite, ask for a refund within 14 days of your first payment and we refund the subscription and the setup fee in full. You do not have to give a reason.
Renewals
If a monthly or yearly renewal was charged and you did not mean to continue, write to us within 7 days of the renewal and we refund it, as long as you have not asked for changes or published anything in that new period. You can always cancel so that the next renewal is not charged.
When we get it wrong
If the service does not work as described and we cannot fix it, we refund the affected period, whatever the date.
What is not refunded
Fees paid to a domain registrar for a domain registered in your name, once the registration is complete, because the domain stays yours. Periods that ended before you asked, outside the cases above.
How to ask
Write to [email protected] from the email address you used at checkout and tell us the business name and the payment you mean. We answer within 2 business days. Approved refunds are issued by Creem, our merchant of record, to the original payment method; your bank may take 5 to 10 business days to show it.
Chargebacks
Please write to us before disputing a payment with your bank. We can usually solve the problem or refund you faster than a dispute.
