What we collect, and what we do not
Last updated 7 October 2026. We try to collect as little as possible.
Summary
This document describes how the service works today. It is being reviewed by Thai counsel before launch and may change. We will tell customers about material changes.
Visitors to this website
We count page views by day, page, device type (phone or computer), country and language. We do not use cookies, we do not store IP addresses or user agents with those counts, and we do not build profiles. If your browser sends Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track, we count nothing.
If you ask for a preview or health check
We keep the business name, city and website you give us so we can prepare the result. If you add an email address and tick the box, we use it only to follow up on that request. To limit abuse we keep a one-way hash of your network address for seven days, then delete it. You can delete your email address at any time from the request page or by writing to [email protected].
Businesses we contact
Where the law allows it, we write to businesses whose contact details are public to share a preview we prepared. Each message says who we are and has a working unsubscribe link. Once you unsubscribe we do not contact you again.
Restaurant menus and QR codes
A QR code records that it was opened, the day, the language of the page shown and whether the visit looked automated. It does not record who opened it.
Who processes data for us
We use infrastructure providers for hosting, email delivery, payments and domains. They process data only to provide those services to us.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to [email protected].
